Hi folks, can anyone give me info on cheapest registration for .co.uk and .coms and cheapest hosting with about 100mb webspace and a couple of email addresses?

I find www.virtualnames.co.uk are pretty good. The helped my brother out no end when he was transferring a domain for a client from a 'free' host and were giving him severe grief.
