Tagan psu might be damaged plz help

Hi everbody,

I have a tagan 380 watt PSU, but neither of the 2 fans in the psu are running!

This can't be normal can it? I'm afraid my psu will overheat and damage my pc. My pc has been running for 2 hours now, without any of the fans doing anything.

To all who own a Tagan plz post your replies soon...

If none of the fans are spinning, if I were you I'd turn it off around NOW... before it catches fire or melts or something... I'm don't have a Tagan but I'm fairly sure something's wrong there

I have a Tagan and I can definitely assure you it needs two fans running!! Turn off asap. They have a long warranty, either 5 years or life time I think.

My first one went bang so I returned it including cables etc to Scan where I bought it from and they replaced it within 3 days. Great service no quibbles regarding RMA.

I suggest you get in touch with the place you bought it from and RMA it. Btw, opening the PSU voids the warranty.

Thank you so much . I've been turning it off all the time when it got too hot. I'm going to return it for sure now. I actually called the store and they said it was normal, luckily for me I wasn't convinced

I still think Tagan is great I just had bad luck with this one
