try downloading the bootable secure erase tool if it has one and running that to re initialize it.

Trying it in another computer would be the next step, to ensure that the new SSD is not faulty.

Strange thought, you have got the power connected properly?
Some years ago I was trying to ensure my PC wouldnt try and boot a disk, so I disconnected the power cable, leaving the data connected. Both the BIOS and a Linux boot CD could still see and enumerate the disk because the electronics get enough power from the data cable.

Ctrl + R > cmd > Run as Admin > diskpart > list disk > do you see all 3 disks?
If yes, continue with: list disk > select disk (choose the new SSD, if by nothing else then size) > clean
