Juttery streaming performance

and sometimes video and audio out of sync too. I have a rock solid hardwrired fibre network and never experience any net connection slow down so I think its video related. I have up to date drivers, and Im using windows 8.1 with

MSI Z87I
8GB RAM
Intel i3 4130 Intel HD Graphic 4400
with an SSD

I dont really know what to do?

Make sure hardware acceleration is off.

Do you have an installed graphics card driver program with which you can play with some of the settings there, and see if they work. Worst case, it might be a new graphics card you need. I normally upgrade my video card with the slightest excuse.

I think hardware acceleration only applies to discrete gfx cards and not onboard gfx.

Intel HD Graphic 4400 should be enough to stream especially considering it plays blu ray perfectly.
