Question DHCP Failover on server 2012 R2

    Hi Guys

im trying to set up a remote office's DHCP server to failover to our central one if the server fails. I have previously done this without an issue and can configure the DHCP failover settings and they do appear to communicate with each other to begin with , however if i disable to main server to test it the other one doesnt start issuing IP address's i have recreated to no avail and cant figure out why

    any help please
