Samsung Printer Mibs

Hi Guys


I have a group of Samsung printers that I want to be able to monitor the Supplies of Via SNMP using PRTG as the Monitoring Tool, I Have Googled but can not fine any Mibs or OIDS for these printers.


Any help would be appreciated

There is a free version of PaperCut, but I'm not sure if thats what your after. (PaperCut NG is the fully featured print management solution that provides reporting, quotas, policing etc on networked printers. There is a 40 day trial)

Thanks . Unfortunately, it's not what I Need, it's the Printer Mib Files that are needed so I can Import to PRTG

Are you sure you need a Samsung MIB? They might support the generic printer MIB.

I can try a few. there is a snmp Print option pre-built into prtg but it doesn't update when you replace toners and also if one fails and is acknowledged it won't alert on another one

I use Spiceworks to monitor my networked MFDs (non Samsung sadly) and their supply levels.

I know that others successfully use it to monitor Samsung MFDs which would suggest there are MIBs out there.

Doesn't help you at all, I know, but...
