    PCI_E 6600Gt Crasher!

Hey, Ive just made a new pc with:
    ASus A8n-sli delux
    AMD64 3500+
    Xfx Geforce 6600Gt 128mb pci-e(ovbiously)
I seem to be experience some random crashing. The first of theirs was With ut2k4, this seems to be fixed by updating to the latest ut patch and NVIDIA graphics drivers. However it sometimes crashes on exit. Or whenever i try to make a dedicated server in the game.
Crashes are normally with a Driver irql not less or equal message. Sometimes windows reports it as an error with the graphics drivers, and sometimes jsut device driver in genrall.
This evening it did the same blue screen when i was surfing, i did have SETI on in the background.. not sure if that would mean anything, and if it does WHY!
I haven't updated the bios on ether the mobo or the graphics card, Im scared to be honest. Nor have i updated any of the drivers for the motherboard or NVIDIA f/w. I'm running a fresh install of xpsp2.
Any ideas, otherwise looks like im riding the wave, waiting for new drivers. But when the stuffs working harmoniously. With NFSU2 for example its a dream.

the Microsoft result for the latest crash, this one employing a small restart loop, will try the firewall thing, but im pretty sure its the graphics card drivers and windows not getting along. I've been using the f/w on anti-hacking only that seemed to help and ive just changed to a custom profile.
See how it goes over the next day.

Another crash was caused by maximising a window in piccicle studio.
