    voltage problem

    this is a print from pc hardware 2004 is there something wrong here?
    Monitoring Chip : Winbond W83697HF
    CPU Core : 1.47 V
    +3.3V Voltage : 3.3 V
    +5V Voltage : 4.93 V
    +12V Voltage : 0.18 V
    Chassis Fan : 2700 rpm
    Processor Fan : 1323 rpm
    Processor Temperature : 47.5 °C
    Mainboard Temperature : 46 °C
    Hard Disk Temperature #1 : 49°C
    Hard Disk Temperature #2 : 38°C
    my psu came with pc its a 250w, i have a dvdrw.dvdrom.8500dv aiw.120gb.160gb.soundblaster live.

    The 12V line is way too low at 0.18V it shouldn't drop any lower than 11V. Are you having problems with your system?

    yep , whne i am trting to run winamp etc it slows right down , if i am playing a dvd/xvid etc and i run another app the speech becomes slurred and stops for a few seconds , even my dvdrw(4x) is sometimes only burnin 2x

    What you have there is an underpowered psu and would advise that if you can borrow another just to try it and see if there is an improvement which I think there will be and if so buy yourself a decent make of psu after all it is the heart of a good computer
