Little Problem with msn

Hey all,
I had a DG834 router giving me the net but then i needed the internet downstairs so i bought the DG834GT set it up all handy dandy then i tried everything out and it looked fine then msn messanger brought up an error saying that it cannot connect and to check internet connections, so i do like n they're fine, so i hit the msn troubleshooter button thing to see if they see anything wrong with it, and they didnt!! so i just need to know whether anyone can help out

i say he should go for an upgrade on firmware for the router as i had the same problem

If i took that comment seriously i would be an absolute idiot!!! as it turns out i had the MTU size set to high and changed it accordingly.
