Thread: Spybot/adaware-no Updates Lately!!

    Spybot/adaware-no Updates Lately!!

    I don't know if this is just me, but since i have been using Firefox browser, for the last 10 days when i scan Adaware & spybot, it does'nt find anything apart from the usual mru's. And when i search for updates there isnt any! The last update i got was about a week ago,and that was with Spybot,of which i had trouble DL'ing, "checksum error i think"! Although i did eventually DL it!
    So guy's is this me just being 'Para'! Or is there something to this?

    PS i also have AV,Firewall,Spyblaster,A squared/a2,Winpatrol and CCleaner. So maybe its my PC being 'TIGHT' ..but i doubt it as it ain't usually!

    Haha, I think the point is you are now using firefox along with virus and firewall software as well as loads of spyware programs. Then wonder why you have no spyware, it's a bit obvious why really isn't it. It's a good thing.

    It probally is obvious to you guys who've used FFx for some time,but as i have just switched i cannot beleive how sweet it is! No wonder its being Plugged so much...Deservedly so! Which access rights do i give it in my firewall ? (Kerio free)
