    Quick and easy question!

Hi, a really quick one here.

What is the difference between a Pioneer DVR-108 and DVR-109?

(First person to say '1' is in trouble!!!)

    wrong

Both are in a variety of colours.

If memory serves me correctly, its the re-write speeds that differ with the 109 being faster.

    Pioneer 108 burns CD-R at 32x, Pioneer 109 burns CD-R at 40x Pioneer 108 burns DVD-RW at 4x, Pioneer 109 burns DVD-RW at 6x Pioneer 108 burns DVD+RW at 4x, Pioneer 109 burns DVD+RW at 8x Pioneer 108 burns DVD+R DL at 4x, Pioneer 109 burns DVD+R DL at 4x and DVD-R DL at 4x
Also, the 109 will have a better bios update with more media codes so they support a wider range of media
