Dell 8400 Yellow ? in device manager

Just received my new Dell 8400 I have removed the HD that came with the system and installed a new lager HD. I have just installed XP home on the new HD and have yellow ? against the following devices
Ethernet controller
Multimeadia Audio Controller
Video controller
Video controller (VGA compatible)

I have run the dell resources CD & re-install CD but no drivers are being found
can anyone help please?
