Please Help ethernet driver problem

I have a Shuttle SN95G5 my problem is i have a conflict on my Ethernet Adapter in device manager every time i try to install or update the driver it installs then says " An error ouccured during the installion of the device The required line was not found in the INF " and i still end up with a conflict and not able to connect to the net. It's been a month now i built my new system and this problem is driving me MAD can someone pleases HELP..

Have you downloaded the newest driver for the adapter from the manufacturer?
