AGP & new, high-performance mobos

Is AGP dead and gone? I'm an avid reader of Custom PC magazine, and everyone there seems to be raving about the new Asus AV8 SLI Deluxe motherboard, which to be fair seems to be heaving with features. However, I can't find any mention of an AGP slot anywhere on it, or on just about any other high-performance modern motherboard.
Is PCI/PCI-E the only way forward? I bought an AGP Nvidia 6800GT about four months ago and am very happy with it, but in June I intend to upgrade many of my PC components and cannot stomach the thought of ditching/flogging a perfectly good card if it can be avoided, especially as a replacement card would add so much to the cost of the upgrade.
Someone, please tell me that there's a similarly-powerful, butt-kicking mobo out there that supports the latest AMD 64-bit Slot 939 chips, features plenty of SATA connectors and supports AGP. I don't really care about SLI itself, I just like the sound of the feature-set on the Asus board. If anyone can make a recommendation for a board I'd be really grateful.
Or, if no one can, does anyone out there want a new, never-been-messed-about-with 6800GT? Perfect condition, any reasonable offer?

The A8V based on the kt880/890 chipsets (asus) have agp slots http://uk.asus.com/products/mb/mbindex.htm

there are still socket 939 boards which have agp slots, so its totaly up to you.

The majority (if not all) the nforce 4 based socket 939s are pci-e?!

Thanks to both of you. I know that there are S939 boards with AGP (I'm using a good one now), but I was hoping that some of the nForce 4 or equivalent KT boards would support AGP - this is obviously not going to happen, so I'll just have to grit my teeth and spend more.
