    Ebuyer Issue

    Hello All

Am i right in saying the ONLY way that you can contact ebuyer is via their e-note section?

I sent them one on monday and still have had NO reply. My order has been in "Stock Allocated" since sunday night. I needed the items yesterday when they were due to be delivered but they have still not arrived or changed status on the website.

Any contact info, etc would be apreciated.

    Thanks.

    Retrox

Enotes are pretty much the only way, yes.
They took away their phone number, but even if you have the number to them, they dont seem to answer order questions on the line.

I hate eBuyer for next day delivery its a joke! I ordered stuff I need quick sharp and 4 days later still sitting at allocating stock (had 100+ in stock!) cancelled and ordered from MicroDirect for next day at 15:30pm and it arrived pre 10 next day

I needed a network card quite quickly. Found one for 6.50 on ebuyer. With next day delivery it came to 22 quid. At which point i drove to maplins and bought one for 14 quid. Taking J10+vat surcharge for next day delivery of a light and cheap item is taking the piss. They coulda had some of my money, but their greed ment that they didn't.

Please see the resllerratings link below, seems the UK version has an overall rating of .25 for 6 months and lifetime of .75! I always check on vendors using this here in the US, UK not alone with on line stinkers!

I've found ebuyer fine, my only annoyance was I ordered something which I needed on the date they said delivery was and they emailed me to say it would come the day after what I had paid for - then it came the day after the day after!

Thankfully it turned out I didn't need it so urgently.

I've found e-notes to be responded to pretty quickly.

Maybe. Their customer service hasn't improved though

Still, as I always say: pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Ebuyer are good for either cheap purchases eg cables, network cards etc...

or purchases on more expensive stuff which you don't need anytime soon.

Ebuyer are good if you have a bit of time and are prepared to work the system. You can get what you want and need off them. Just also need plausible sounding threats to get it.
