    TwinMOS RMA confusion.

I have a twinmos dual channel kit comprising of two 256mb cl2.5 pc3200 sticks. However they often cause blue screens and memtest shows errors in both sticks. So i have decided to try and get them replaced.

My problem is, how??? This is what TwinMOS has to say. But the problem is i have contactd my supplier, overclockers.co.uk, but they refuse to do anything as its over a year since i bought them (Feb 2004). Does anyone know a more direct route to take?

Are you sure its the RAM at fault ? Could it be a board compatibility issue ?

I suggest you point OCUK to that page and see what their response is. If you have no joy, contact TwinMOS directly and explain to them.

Ill give emailing them a try.
It was odd that both sticks have seemingly broken, its very basic ram so i assumed it wouldnt be a compatibility thing but ill try them in another pc just in case.

You shouldn't need to if they're not overclocked. Actaully, Scarlet Infidel hasn't confirmed what speeds the sticks are running at...
