Backup program for USB memory stick

Hi all

I do a lot of my work on a usb memory stick at university, then bring it back home and work on it here too, but I want to be able to back up all the data on it which has been modified on my hard disk, incase i loose it or it brakes.

I'm aware I can do this with briefcase, but I was wondering if this was a better program to do it with

Not really, breifcase is fine or you can use windows backup.

I would stick with briefcase tbh.
