    Unhappy ANOTHER help request.....

Sorry guys.. having a nightmare atm... you know how in my previous thread the PC wouldnt boot up right? well now... it won't shutdown someone please tell me what's going on... resetting the bios didn't seem to help. It does shutdown on the shutdown command, just springs into life a few seconds after powering off....

do you have the power on after power off option enabled? Do you have it to start from your keyboard or mouse?

    Righty

    XP2100+
    1Gb PC2700 RAM
MSI KT3 Ultra2 mobo (yes is old but it works )

I reset the bios this morning - and it did the same as yesterday, looking for a raid array.. so that's THAT problem solved... why it reset itself? no idea, but that looks like what it did. There's an option for what to do when AC is lost in the bios, and it's set to shutdown....
