How can i find about the status of my refund item with microdirect, they don't seem to have much in terms of checking on their site. Anybody care to help me or tell me about past experiences.(they have to check my zen micro which has the headphone jack prob and i requested a refund) Thanks, John.

Never had a problem with MD and their returns personally and have done a couple. Ringing 'ems your best bet

You must agree, they need more feedback information a bout their refund and returns system like on e-buyer where it tells you that they have recieved you product and are testing, it just helps to keep people aware of what is happening.
