ElcomSoft make various password recovery programs; the two you're interested in are Advanced Zip Password Recovery (AZPR) and Advanced Archive Password Recovery (ARCHPR). The latter has everything that the former has, as well as the feature of guaranteed WinZip recovery (Why this isn't in AZPR to begin with beats me. ) and support for other compression formats. The downloadable trials are limited to passwords a maximum of 5 characters long, and special features (Like guaranteed WinZip recovery) are disabled.
