Dunno what ucwxzse.exe is, Google doesn't bring up anything! But the AdStat thing sounds like adware. Have you ran any adware/spyware removing programs (like the MS one, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D) recently?

Got Spybot S&D, doesn't remove either of them, i used hijack this to delete em and then delete them from my program folder, but they kick back into use immediatly, would going into safe mode and deleting solve it?
don't just rely on spybot, I have adaware and MS beta aswell, each bring up more each time I run
i would have a try in safe mode and see if that helps.
This is the exact same thing I had a few months back, I done the safemode and rename the files then delete and everything I could possibly find to remove it but it just kept coming back (if my mind serves me right it was a variation on a worm). It also renames itself if you try and delete it in safemode, its a nightmare to get shot of.
Even Norton AV running in safemode found it then deleted it but lo and behold it came back after booting up normally again.
Only way I managed to get rid of it eventually was formatting unfortunately.
Turn off system restore when getting rid of stubborn spyware - it can sometimes reside in there and have fun.
