    Firefox password manager

I want to copy my saved user ids and passwords from the Firefox password manager to another PC. Can anyone tell me which file this data is stored in please.

    Cheers

Well firefox stores all off your information under your profile, so Ive just copyied the profile directory from one machine to another and that work's perfectly. Gives you your bookmarks & settings as they were on the other machine. The profile directory can be found here :

    x:\Documents and Settings\WINDOWS USERNAME\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

replace the "x" with your windows drive letter and the windows user name with ......... Duh

If you dont see any folders, go to Tools > Folder Options in explorer and enable
    "show hidden files and folders"
    Uncheck :
    "Hide protected operating system files"

    Then bobs your mother's uncle.
