    DDR400 not runing at 200mhz

hi, i have a AMD 64 3500+, 1gb of corsair XMS DDR memory, a gigabyte k8ns motherboard and an Ati X800 256mb graphics card. I looked in the bios and realised that my memory was only running at 166mhz and when i clock it up to 200mhz, every so often my screen will turn off then on again and a message saying Ati VPU reset. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that you looking at the memory speeds? Also, make sure that the ratio between the CPU and RAM is 1:1.

meaning that you processor is running at 400mhz and so is your ram

    so 400:400 or 1:1 (ratio)
    Dude
