PC Bluescreening when left inactive for a shortwhile any ideas?

ok its a new build and has been working alright and stable but recently If I leave my pc on just doing nothing, or downloading after about 5 mins I get a blue screen and an error message.

it also says to disable shadowing and check any new hardware, I dont know what shadowing is and I havent installed any new hardware

can anyone tell me whats wrong or what to look into,

I dont know if this is an overheating problem, I have 6 fans in the case but am only using the stock cooler, could someone recommend a decent cpu quiet cooler ? (one that doesnt involve taking out the whole mobo either.)

The other problem I'm having is that I have a raptor gaming mouse diamondback but for some reason when the pc starts sometimes the mouse doesnt come on and I have to unplug it and replug to make it work, its usb but I have a usb keyboard and have no problems with that.

I'm using the latest drivers with everything so dont know what to do ?

one of the things that uses background CPU power to number crunch. It means that your CPU runs under full load at all times , which isn't ideal.

You shoudl get yourself a copy of MBM5 or a similar monitor and check your case / CPU temps to see if its overheating ? I'm noticing lower stability on my rig due to the heat so its possibly that.

ok I dont think so, but how do I check, the temps according to my enermax fan monitor are 37.3 at idle on the cpu and 39.2 on the GPU, this is at idle but if I leave it, it will blue screen ?
both fans are running at full speed 3400 and 2800
I've got the little thermo sticks on the heat sink of both the cpu and the gpu, is this the best place to put them or should they be somewhere else to monitor

in total there are 7 fan in this, but am using the stock cooler after I ditched my zalman for being too noisy, I need a decent hestsink and cooler that will fit my mobo with the minimum of fuss, any recomends ?

on the heatsink on the mobo and the gpu, should I place elsewhere?

MS says http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329284. Your temps look fine (if they are reading correctly). So after reading that I would try running memtest to see if you get errors.

Can you swap out the ram?

ran memtest didnt seem to get any errors and I dont think it is the ram ?

what next ?
