Zone Alarm Pro & Password....

Hello.
I installed Zone Alarm Pro in my PC last week & set a password. The problem is that I forgot the password & now I can not access the properties of ZoneAlarm on my PC!
Is there any way to recover the password?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I think the password is stored in a small (hidden) file, delete it and then the password will be removed - im sorry I can't remember the name of the file though.

Is there any program that scans & recovers the password of zone alarm?
I remember using similar programs for explorer, excell, pdf, etc...

Actually I would like to recover the password without disabling it & without uninstalling the program if possible, because I would lose all the defined zone alarms settings which I don't remember to set them up again.

I've used other programs in the past to recover passwords of Explorer, Excell sheets, pdfs, internet dial-up connections, etc... Isn't there a similar tool for Zone Alarm PRO 5.5?

I don't think there's a way of recovering the password unfortunately. Do a search for "password" on the Zonealarm forums, maybe you'll find something there.

Try to uninstall, then clean up the ZA folder and registry brunch and instal again.
If u format and instal windows, or apply ghost image (if u have one) it will work for sure!
