    what are my rights?

I bought a graphics card in February a Sapphire 900pro SE for use in a friends machine its been working fine up until now, ive tried it in 2 different machines and its all connected etc but the fan on the card is not spinning and the graphics wont initialise on either machine and i get the respective error beeps for the motherboards. What can i do now? Can I take it back to the shop where I bought it from and legally claim a refund or do I need to check the manufactures warranty? It’s the first time I have ever bought that’s broken on me and im not sure what to do next. cheers

take it back to the shop and they will probably replace it straight away after testing it or they may send it to their supplier and you will have to wait a week or 2
