xda 2s n networkin

hi guys, recently bought an xda 2s, it has wireless lan capabilities whch i wna make use of f web browsin on xda.

I do not have networking hardware so i need help figuring out wat i need. will i require a router or can i jus get a wireless network card to create a wireless netwrk for the xda to pick up a connection?

What kind of internet connection do you have? Is it broadband? If so do you already have a modem? Give us some more to work with and we will help!

I have cable broandband by NTL

So it comes with a modem? Is it usb or ethernet? If it is ethernet then buy a wireless g router and set that up. If it's usb then you will need a modem/wireless router. I currently have a belkin wireless router and am very happy with it. You could try to set up an ad-hoc wireless network by buying a wireless card for your computer, but that would mean your compy would have to be on for you to use you xda to connect to the internet.
