Sata hard drive issue - please help

Currently trying to set up two 74gb raptors in radi 0

At the moment I can only get one of the raptors detected, the other one doesnt spin up, and there is no sign of acitivity. I got it replaced under warranty, and new one arrived yesterday. It has the same problem, Im not sure if it is my motherboard that is causing this issue, or my psu

I followed all the correct procedures for setting up raid, but no joy it getting the other raptor detected.

I have a DFI n4 sli d mobo and a OCZ powerstream 520w.

Have you swapped the cables and controllers sockets you are using to see if the other drive will spin up?
