Heatsink/fan wise, thats on the stock heatsink. But I'd reccomend using an aftermarket one. The Thermalright XP-90's and 120's cool brilliantly. The choice is yours, just find reviews of a heatsink you like the look of and compare how it cools against something else. Most reviews use a stock heatsink for comparison so should be easy to find a good one.
Try Clockgen for your motherboard, but do start off at something like a 10% fsb overclock as some boards (as I realised last night) dont like to be manipulated when at stock settings.
Thanks for all the input guys.
I think it is a good time to upgrade everything...
This looks to be it. Tell me what you think
AMD ATHLON 64 3500+ S939 PROCESSOR
ASUS A8V S939 MOTHERBOARD
OCZ DDR2-533 PC2-4200 1GB DUAL CHANNEL KIT
NSPIRE PENTIUM IV 450W ATX 1.3 POWER SUPPLY
ZALMAN CNPS7700ALCU (775/478/754/939/940) CPU FAN
ATI X800XL 256 AGP
Aperantly this MOBO has AGP.
What do you guys think?
Is there a AMD Board with AGP and DD2?

iirc AMD won't move to DDR2 until they release their next socket (which I think is M2).
