AMD Athlon 3500+ (venice core) running at 2.8 Ghz with the low profile FX-57 heatpipe cooler

idle temps around 32 degrees
Load temps around 40 degrees

My stock 3200+ Venice runs 19C idle and 29C load in a VERY VERY cold room..

Room temp around 24 degrees.
CPU Idle temps around 31 degrees
CPU Load temps around 41 degrees
Motherboard temp under load around 32-33 degrees

Ok well i am in a cooler room than at home (im at uni);

Average is about 28degrees on the chipset, and 30 on the CPU (with the venice overclocked as per my sig).

It goes up to 36 underload.

All this is cooled by air

Which board are u using? might be a BIOS with a duff temp calibration..

AMD64 3200, runs between 40 C and 46 C usually.

Work: P4 Northwood, 3.2 o'clocked to 3.6. Runs UD 24/7 @ 58c with stock cooling
Home: s940 Opteron 150, o'clocked to 2.6. Runs 32c idle & 45c load with XP120

P4 in my sig sits at about 35c idle and 46c under load.
