I need to back up my C_drive for the first time, which totals around 120Gb of data. Using discs for this is going to be a bit tedious, is there another method anyone could sugest that will make the process more efficiant?
Thanks Rhyth.

Get an external hard drive of at least the same capacity and use that. When used in boot floppy or boot CD mode Ghost can see external USB devices, at least there is the option to create the CD or floppy(s) with USB support.

no worries. Personally I have 50Gb on my Raptor as my C drive and another 50Gb partition on one of my 120Gb IDE drives, I just ghost the C drive onto the other partition from time to time rather than use an external drive.
Ghost can compress the images it takes so you may get away with an external smaller than 120Gb but a) you'll probably struggle to find one smaller than 120 nowadays and b) the amount of compression you'll get will vary based on the type of data in question. If the 120Gb is mostly mp3 files compression will hardly save anything at all as they're compressed pretty hard as it is.
Ghost (or similar program such as True Image or Drive Image) is a great way to take a snapshot of your OS or data disks, but obviously you've got to have somewhere to put the image!
