    new case- gettin too hot!

    Hey

i've just got a new case

    it's a Apsire X-Plorer case....

now the problem is that..... [image below]

Where the front USBs/CPU temp display- that half of the case is extremely hot- on the bottom of the side windowed panel next 2 the frotn is also hot... but temps have goen a lil bit higher than my other case.......

now the fans i've got is.....
-1x 120MM back blue LED fan [Coolermaster]
-1x 80mm Side panel rainbow fan [Sharkoon]
-1x80MM top blue LED fan [Aspire]
1x80MM front blue LED fan [Aspire]

now i think that air circulation is screwign up somewhere....cos when i'm idle now my temp is 34/36 degrees C according to me thermaltake hardcano

anyoen got any suggestions to what i can do?

Is the bottom of it even meshed? Or does it look like it but its solid behind? Easiest thing you could do is probably cut out all the stamped fan grills with some tin snips or something.

What CPU cooler are you using? I'm using a TT Slient tower and my 3000+ full-loading at 36'C passively cooled. I have 6x8cm fan /w 7hdds though.

34/36'C is not really bad AND you should look at full load temperature not idle temperature (which means nothing)

well..... while playing COD2 -the temp readings are aroudn 45/46 degrees C but the case is pretty hot
the reasons im moanign cos im used 2 having my idle temp at at least 29c and load at 38-40c

-i havent got a cathode installed thats just a example pic
-I use standard HSF with Artic Silver
-where the cpu/usb area is on the front - is partily meshed- i might put another 80mm there-switch the 120mm the other way aroudn and see what i get

    worth a shot?

well i've managed to get it right

The back 120mm fan isnt spinning to fast for soem reason - only goin about 400RPM when i know it can do aroudn 800Rpm :S bearing must be goin down

    so i've ordered a faster 120mm fan [1600RPM]
also attached another 80mm to the front area temps are lower
