Although where it says save it as "Save Desktop" just make sure you save it as "Show Desktop" instead

Alternatively you can use Win+d to show your desktop. I'm just too lazy to move my mouse down 1700 pixels to reach the icon. :D
<windows key> M
is the hot key for "Show Desktop" (in win2k anyway <win>d does nothing for me).
To add items to your quick launch (in win2k) put shortcuts or files in
C:\Documents and Settings\<your user>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
The "original" Show Desktop is in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM

brings up file explorer which is useful for doing all this :mrgreen:

Win+D and Win+M do it. I use win2k and they both work (they also restore any windows that were open) :)
