I built a PC a few weeks ago and everything's running fine apart from one small point...once you power down you have to disconnect the power cable and leave it a few seconds to start the computer again (power button doesn't respond). Can anyone tell me a general cause for this type of behaviour.
I'm guessing it's something to do with the way I hooked up the front panel to the motherboard.
