Anybody want to help me build/troubleshoot my PC (Leeds/Yorkshire) for cash payment?

Bah, I've bought all the bits but its years since I last built a PC from scratch and I can't remember having this much trouble.

    1. Asus A8N Premium
    2. Venice 3200+
    3. Ballistix RAM
    4. DVD/HDDs etc

Basically, I can't even get into the WinXP installation page and not sure what's going wrong and I don't really the time or patience to faff around with this sort of stuff.

Sooooo......if there is anyone eg. student types that want to earn a few quid by coming round my house and spend a day plugging/unplugging cables/intalling WinXP etc, a cash payment is waiting for anyone who can get my PC up and running with WinXP installed.

I should have bought an Apple Mac.

Update: Okay, I've managed to sort this out. Somewhat embarassingly, the problem was caused by my Windows XP CD. Apparently, it was one of those 'reinstall CDs' and not the full bootable version, when meant that the CD couldn't read off the CD, when I BIOS booted it.
