They're not hard to find, just expensive
For example overclocks.co.uk got the LGA775 kit cheap but postage damn expensive, then thecoolingshop got it expensive but cheap postage.
(They're both cheaper than chillblast though)

I just used 2 screws to hold it on (although I recently got a bracket from my 2nd XP-90 purchase)
Worked perfectly well and the ceramique giving enough grip
