Dell printer ink

I got a couple of those Dell 810 all in one printers while they were on offer. I'm wondering about replacing the ink though. It says that the ink is aonly available through Dell, but aren't these the Lexmark '1' carts?

Not sure if they are cheaper than Dell themselves though.
