Reverse Stereo

The cable for mny speakers are not long enough and so they are the wrong way round. Anyway software that can do this? Doom 3 has this option in game but it is a bitch for counterstrike and tad annoying with music.

buy a cable extender, easier than messing with software to reverse the stereo. A 3.5mm extender cable should cost about 2 quid.

Are you sure there is not an option in the drivers?

I'd guess there would be for something as simple as that...

I had this as well a while back and its a bit annoying in games (FPSs especially) where positional audio helps out a lot. Most games have an option but for those that dont its really annoying - i think that i posted a thread about it but no viable software answer, and googling it only yielded freeware options. I think its really stupid that windows doesnt have an option.

And before someone says "Its only £2" thats not the point. I could just get some more speakers with longer wires, its just that i dont really think that i should have to. It shouldnt be that hard to reverse 2 streams of audio....
