make sure u understand the implications of RMA, for example I had a VERY similar problem with a 6800GT, RMA'd it back to Scan and they tried to charge me because they couldnt replicate the problem. To be honest tho that me be ur only option. Not related to gfx but makesure ur ingame sound is set to software, BF2 eats onboard sound for breakfast. Also where are u monitoring ur temps. If u have the latest Nvidia drivers u can record the GPU temp while playing, also might be an idea to install something like MBM5 to record CPU and system temps while playin. I know u say it isnt temps but its looking like a temp problem. Alwaysd best never to assume.....Ive been there

Might also be worth downloading the demo for another game and seeing if you get corruption in that. Just to rule out it being a software problem.

Try something graphic intensive like FEAR, and run with the highest settings possible(it'll be unplayable but you'll know very fast if it's the card or not).
