    Generic Host Process Error

I keep getting this error message, Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have searched on Google and it seems that some people have been getting these messages but only on start up whereas I'm getting them constantly.

I have installed SP2 as instructed when a sent and error report.

I am reluctant to do Windows Update atm, as I have just formatted my HD and reinstalled everything. I have done this twice this Easter Weekend as the first time, after and updates Windows and while I was rebooting Windwos wouldn't start. I'm not sure if it was caused by Windows Updates tho.

Anyway, I was wondering why this messages is appearing and what I should do?

    Thanks.
