Showing formula in Calc (Open Office)

Is there any way I can show the formula instead of the results using Calc in Open Office?

I know how to do it in M$ Excel, in Calc I've been going to Format > Page > Sheet tab, and clicking formula.

It doesn't change anything in the viewing screen, but if you look in print preview it shows a few things been shown as the formula.. but the rest as "#" symbols.

Anybody know why it's doing this?

### symbols means the text is too long to fit in the box - widen the box and it'll show up

Yeah, Calc doesn't like to print long formulas, which is a bit of PITA (there's probably some obscure option to change it, but I've never found it)

Personally, I prefer Gnumeric.
