I had a fault in my fan controller's wiring, and every fan in my system stopped for an hour before I noticed it.
Apparently 4 of my Seagate drives went up to 65'C for about half an hour and now SMART is showing them as failed. They are now back to 40'C
Will that invalidate my warranty, and are the drives still safe to use?
I have the 0xBE attribute shown as failed which from what I search on google means the drive went over the threshold temperature.

warranty won't go because the drive failed/died, I would contact seagate and look at replacing the drives before you lose something.
