Help! A8N-SLI Motherboard install help

Hi iv just bought a new pc from Scan. and it arrived 2day.

Specs are: AMD Athlon 64 380+
Asus A8N-SLI SE
MSI Nvidia NX7900 512MB
2GB Corsair TX 3200
and a 320gig Western Digital SATA harddrive

Basically i put it all together 2day and im pretty sure i done it right as iv put together a few pcs before. When i press the power button the Asus A8N-SLI Green pattern screen comes up and tell me to press delete to enter setup, my problem is my keyboard will only work for about 2 seconds before freezing and even if i press delete in those 2 seconds my computer will freeze on the "entering setup" bit. Iv unplug alot of stuff individually to see if anything was the problem but had no luck

pls help !

What power supply do you have with that system, any beeps on startup and have you tried booting with just one stick of ram?
