The problems begin - fans spin, components start, no video signal

Ok, have a rather annoying problem here..

My new system:
ASUS P5LP-LE Lithium2 Motherboard (HP OEM)
Pentium D 940
ATI x300 128mb
1x Elixir 512mb
250gb Samsung SATA
HP DVDRW
DVD/CDRW
Antec 480w TruePower 2 PSU

I built everything up yesterday, everything went fine - Windows installed fine, drivers installed fine, no problems what so ever. I then moved the PC from my workbench to my desk and it stopped working - everything spins up (CPU fans, case fans etc..) and all the components start working (I can hear the hard drive spinning up, the dvd drives all have power and open etc...) BUT no video signal comes out anymore - the screen stays on the standby orange light. I've tried 2 different screens using the VGA D-SUB port, both do exactly the same thing.

I figured that I must have knocked something loose when I moved it the 5 meters to my desk, but, after removing everything and reseating them it still won't come on. To make matters worse, the board doesn't have any LED indicators to show what's happening nor is there a speaker that could tell me the problem. Everything apart from the motherboard is under warranty. I've tried disconnecting the non-essentials leaving only the CPU, RAM & Video card but it still doesn't show anything. The video card doesn't have a fan, but, the heatsink on it does get hot if left for a while.

Summary:
CPU fans spin up, case fans spin up, components start up. No signal to monitor, it just stays on standby with the orange light.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Unfort. I don't have any other PCI-E graphics cards, motherboards or CPU's etc... to test with so I'm at a bit of a loss.

What heatsink do you have installed? I had a mate who's system sometimes failed to start due to the heatsink (the rather large Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro) pulling on the motherboard.

Could there be an issue with pins on the bottom of the motherboard shorting on the case now that it's moved?

Did you change the orientation of the PC? (I.e built it on it's side and now it's stood up.)

PC was built on both orientations (upright & side) at various points. It's the normal stock Intel cooler and I've already tried removing it and re-installing it.

To try and get some 'response' from the PC I pulled out the RAM, leaving the CPU & Graphics, and got a single long beep, a gap, a single long beep and so on. I guess that means the motherboard is still working and I should focus my attention on the graphics card and possibly RAM?
