Shut down problems

Hi

like this site it is a pity my first post is with a problem

Here goes

When I try to open an email attachment wmv file or use DVD shrink my pc shuts down and restarts the error report that runs states that the graphics cards drivers are to blame.
If I remove the graphics card drivers the file and programs that failed before work. :confused: :confused:
I do not want to unload and reload my drivers just to open certain programs or view a video clip. :angst: :angst:

Any help would be gratefully appreciated:bowdown:
