    Question PC2-5300 and 5400

Hi, I am going to make a new computer, this will be my second, but am having some trouble choosing RAM. The motherboard I chose says that it will support PC2-5300, but lots of them are 5400. I was wondering if there would be any issues with putting the 5400's into the motherboard.
    Thanks

PC2-5300 and PC2-5400 is pretty much the same speed +/- a few mhz. There should not be any issue with any ddr2 motherboards.

It'll definitely work, the motherboard would just run the memory at PC-5300 speeds, which are only very slightly less than PC-5400, so it's not as if you'll be losing out on much performance.
