    I don't quite get it. Do you mean to rotate the current (pictured) drive cage?

    Yes, take the screws out, as if you were going to remove it, then you can slide it to wherever you want it, and as the bottom of the case has holes in, the chances are that you will be able to line up a couple of holes to screw it down. Failing that, get some m3 screws and hang the psu out of the back like in the pics.
