Well here I am trying to get an answer from someone at XFX. It takes them a good few days to comeback and suggest solutions that I have already told them I tried and checked!
I called them and they just said 'oh, sorry about your problem, the techincians are very busy after the weekend. why don't you post on the website to tell them about the problem.'
After explaining that I had..he told me (again) 'that they were very busy and would get back to me.' I asked about the warranty and he told me that there is no warranty period as such, it was reliant upon the 'date of manufacture of the card itself.'
So, they can persuade me to buy a card with advertising, articles in press etc etc and then after I have parted with my £300! they then just don't offer a warranty service and hope I'll go away. Still waiting for an answer!
