ATi Mobility Radeon Resolution

Hi

I've got an IBM Thinkpad T40 with the Radeon Mobility 7500. It can play WoW fine at 800x600, but it's blurry because of the screen not being able to scale it properly. Is there any way to force black bars around the screen, so that it runs in 800x600 mode in the centre of the screen? I know I can do this on my desktop pc with the nvidia drivers.
