    Oh my!

Thanks Hexus! Great idea as well as a great comp.

Can't answer some questions very well, just had to pick 'closest' answer. Eg - "when do you upgrade? 1yr, 2yr or when game can't run." I'm none of those answers, plus I have a 23" monitor Hope it's still helpful.

Yeah I got a bit stuck at "who has the best drivers?", I didn't really have a strong preference either way.

It's also hard to compare unless you are running both at the same time! Driver competence has changed so many times in the past.

'By reputation' results (which I guess we might see on that question) tend to be driven more by marketing spend.

Re: Graphics Survey 2012! Win £500 to spend at Scan Computers

My monitor is 23" so picked 24". Also found question about upgrade time a little limited - Its when my current GPU struggles (as it is now although its still runs everything in mid to low in 1080p) and then when I can afford it more importantly (Why i'd love to win as can't afford too for at least 6 months)!
    Trust

    Laptop : Dell Inspiron 1545 with Ryzen 5500u, 16gb and 256 NVMe, Windows 11.

So that's when you get a new game that requires a new GPU then. Your existing games aren't going to run more slowly over time..

Thanks for the opportunity to win this , was a bit stuck at what resolution though, I am currently at 1920x1080 but my next GPU (probably GTX 770 or HD 8950) will be on 5760x1080

    Stiggy

I upgrade my graphics card about every 18 months. Not really sure which option to pick, as apparently people upgrade either once a year or less, or ever 2 years =S

Both have awful drivers tbh but as that wasn't an option I chose AMD.

The £500 would be nicely appreciated to spend on my HTPC build

When choosing features you look for, there should have been an option for drivers that work particularly well with the Mobo chipset and CPU.
